Brainhack Marseille
We are currently developing a standard for organizing electrophysiological data recorded in animal models. It consists in extending the BIDS standard so that it supports this new data modality, using either the NIX or NWB data format.
This project is not a classical project, it is just a way to say that we’re available to discuss all this during Brainhack Marseille (and also Brainhack Global)! So come and chat with us if you’re an electrophysiologist interested in open science (or a python developer with some spare time).
Chatting, discussing, making progress!
